Equity mutual fund AUM jump by 23% in first half of 2024

The assets under management (AUM) of equity mutual funds surged by 23% in the first six months of 2024, an analysis by ETMutualFunds showed. The asset under management for equity mutual funds in January was at Rs 22.50 lakh crore and it increased to Rs 27.67 lakh crore in June (last available data).

ETMutualFunds also looked at how the assets under management of the equity mutual fund categories moved during the said period.
